How Omni AltAmana Enterprises FZCO collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website. Last updated 3 October 2026.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Omni AltAmana Enterprises FZCO ("Omni AltAmana", "we", "us"). Contact: enquiries@altamana.com.

2. What we collect

Enquiries, partner applications and careers registrations: name, company, email, phone (optional), country, the information you choose to share in your message.
Newsletter: your email address.
Quote requests: the product lines you select, your contact details, site, delivery point and the information you add.
Site usage (only if you choose "Accept all"): pages viewed, catalogue searches, spec sheets opened, quote and form activity, referring website, device type and browser language, linked to a random visitor ID rather than your identity. See the Cookie Policy.
Polls: your answer and a random visitor identifier. We do not link poll answers to your name.
Technical data: a session token used to talk to our content system, and the cookie and storage items described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries and partner applications, assess partnership fit, send Market Watch updates you asked for, recruit, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are your consent, steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

4. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our Wix-hosted content management system. Wix acts as our processor. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting), with partners you ask us to connect you with, or where required by law.

6. Retention

Enquiries and applications are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires longer. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email enquiries@altamana.com.

8. Security

We use access-controlled systems: enquiries and applications can only be read by authorised Omni AltAmana staff.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
