Built around one idea.
- A mine does not need more suppliers. It needs one accountable partner that keeps the site running and can prove what it delivered.
- Our model rests on five elements, the 5M: manpower, materials, machines, methods and metrics. We bring them together at the point of consumption, measure them on a single data record and deliver them under one contract.
- We grew out of Metal Management Solutions (MMS), which has worked in mining technology, advisory and decision support from Kazakhstan to the United States and sub-Saharan Africa.
